Who will we be working with moving forward?
We’re excited to introduce you to our new partners at Move Northwest – their team will be supporting with receiving, warehousing, deliveries, and installations. Freeform will work closely with Move NW to ensure your product arrives safely and is accounted for upon delivery. Our Freeform Project Managers from both Boise and Spokane, along with our in-house installers from Spokane, will continue to be on-site for all major installs to support, supervise, and ensure quality.

What does this mean for service and turnaround time?
We’re confident that the expanded team Move Northwest brings will allow us to provide faster, more efficient service for deliveries, installations, and warranty service trips throughout the Tri-Cities.

Does Move Northwest know how to install my furniture?
Move Northwest has a talented team who will be receiving additional training with Haworth, our major manufacturer, to improve product familiarity and alignment with Freeform’s certified installers. In addition to increased training, our internal Freeform team of Project Managers and certified installers will work alongside the Move Northwest team to support, supervise, and ensure quality.

Are our warranties still valid?
We are as committed as ever to supporting our installed client base. Our team is still here to be your partner in resolving any warranty claim. For warranty issues, please reach out to Tanyr Chambers, our Warranty & Service Coordinator, at tanyr@freeformspaces.com.

Do I need to pay Move Northwest separately for installation costs?
All invoicing and payment will continue to work through the Freeform team – nothing will change about how you pay for product, installation, or services.
